Here is another leg of the adidas Training Promo to win P15,000 worth of Adidas products (Click here to see the Winners of the previous P15,000 adidas GC giveaway last month). Join now and you might be one of the three (3) lucky winners of Php15,000 worth of adidas gift certificate. No purchase needed, you just have to print the flyers below. Make sure to print the flyer that corresponds to your gender else it will be invalid.

Mechanics:

1. Print and fill out the flyer below with your name, address, contact number, email and affix signature – then bring it to any of the following adidas Sport performance centers and drop in the designated promo boxes.
   • Adidas Sport Performance Center Megamall
   • Adidas Sport Performance Center Trinoma
   • Adidas Sport Performance Center Marquee Mall Pampanga
   • Adidas Sport Performance Center Greenbelt
2. Three (3) lucky winners will be drawn, winner will receive Php15,000 worth of adidas gift certificate
3. Employees of adidas Philippines and the participating outlets including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
4. Winner may only use the prize in the corresponding outlets stated in the flyer.
5. Prizes are not convertible to cash.
6. Consumers can only win once.
7. Promo Period is from May 6 – June 4, 2010.
8. Winners will be notified through registered mail. Redemption of prizes shall be 60 days from receipt of notification otherwise it will be forfeited in favor of adidas Philippines with DTI approval.
9. Winners can claim their prizes at participating adidas outlets by presenting their claim stub. 1 valid ID and registered notice from adidas Philippines should be presented in claiming the prize.
10. Grand Draw will be on June 11, 2010, 5pm @ adidas Philippines, 38th Floor Robinsons Equitable Tower Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
11. Deadline of dropping of entries is on June 4, 2010.
12. The prize shall be valid until fully consumed.
