Join FOOD Magazine as they celebrate their 15th anniversary with Food Photograze Contest and get a chance to win an all expense paid trip to Cebu or a Lifestyle course from Center for Culinary Arts!

All amateur and professional food photographers are welcome to share your unique photos featuring contemporary Filipino cuisine and you might be one of the 15 winners of a Lifestyle course from Center for Culinary Arts or be the lucky grand prize winner of a trip to Be Resorts Mactan in Cebu. Food Photograze Contest

Mechanics:

  • All entries should have your complete name, address, e-mail, and contact numbers.
  • Submit your entries to foodmagazinepromos@gmail.com
  • Please include a short anecdote behind your photo.
  • Winning entries will be selected by the Food Magazine editorial team. The criteria for judging are as follows:
    • Relevance to the theme – 30%
    • Artistic presentation (composition, center of interest, lighting, use of color balance, etc.) – 30%
    • Creativity – 20%
    • Impact – 20%
  • Winners will be notified via e-mail.
  • Photos must be taken during the duration of the competition period, and should not won nor have been published in any book or magazine.
  • Digital retouching on density, contrast adjustments, minor cropping, burning and dodging may be tolerated, although major manipulation of main images through adding or subtracting are not allowed.
  • Prizes may be claimed at 8th floor, ELJ Bldg., Mother Ignacia Avenue cor. Eugenio Lopez Jr. Avenue, Quezon City.
  • Winners must present two (2) valid IDs. An authorization letter together with their original valid IDs will be needed for those who cannot claim their prize in person.
  • All photos submitted become property of FOOD Magazine
  • Prizes are non transferable and not convertible to cash.

Promo Period: August 1 2010 – September 31, 2010

Prizes:

  • Grand Prize: 1 3d/2n stay at Be Resorts Mactan with a City Tour & meals at Abaca and Maya
  • 15 winners of a Lifestyle course from Center for Culinary Arts

    Is this foodgraze contest nationwide? or only applicable to manila residents only?

      The contest is open to all Filipinos nationwde but it would be better if you are a Manila resident because you need to personally get the prizes at their office or give an authorization to someone to get it.

        What constitutes a lifestyle course? So I think it’s really advisable na Manila, is it because yung Lifestyle course is in Manila?
