Krispy Kreme Fave Fan Search Contest

To celebrate 6 dozen years of making days special, Krispy Kreme is opening up a worldwide search for its number 1 fan. They are rolling out the search to nine countries (Australia, Canada, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Philippines and United Kingdom). The contest requires applicants to submit a photo with a 72 word (or less) caption that answers the question: “How has Krispy Kreme made your life special?”

They will be choosing one (1) winner for each country (Australia, Bahrain, Dubai, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom). This country winner will get 12 dozen doughnuts for a year and will be flown to Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA – the home of Krispy Kreme, where he/she will meet the other country winners. These country winners will compete against each other where they will have to design their own Krispy Kreme doughnut. These doughnuts will be uploaded unto the official Krispy Kreme Fave Fan website (WWW.KIRSPYKREMEFAVEFAN.COM), where it will be subject to public voting. The winner will be announced through the website after the voting period. The world’s Krispy Kreme Fave Fan’s doughnut will then be sold at retail on April 2010 as a special edition doughnut.

Only fans aged 18 and older can join this contest and must have a passport and US visa (or are willing to apply for one at their own expense).

You can join the contest in two ways:

1. Register online at WWW.KRISPYKREMEFAVEFAN.COM read the full mechanics, terms and conditions and agree to the same. After completely filling out the online registration form, applicants will receive a confirmation email which leads them to a link that must be clicked to finalize the registration process. (If you’ve not receive an email you may contact them at moderator@krispykremefavefan.com alerting him of your pending application.)

2. Grab an application form at participating Krispy Kreme stores, read the full mechanics, terms and conditions and agree to the same. After completely filling up the form, they must submit it to official Krispy Kreme personnel to finalize the registration process.

How to vote?

Anyone can vote! For as long as you submit your name and email address on the required fields. One vote per email address/ username only.
