U-GOtoMNL Promo Fare Part II by PAL

Philippine Airlines (PAL) is now devising their second part of U-GOtoMNL Promo Fare this 2009. This promo is available via online booking or thru your local travel agencies in the specified areas that is USA and Canada. Below are the details and conditions on how to avail the promo.
From Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco to Manila USD748 (ALL-IN)
Sale and ticketing: 15 to 31 July 2009 only
Travel: 17 August to 30 September 2009 (outbound travel)
Conditions of Travel:
- Valid for round trip travel on fiesta (economy) class
- Minimum 3 days and maximum 1 month stay
- Tickets must be issued on/after 15 July and on/before 31 July 2009
- Confirmed reservations are required for all sectors
- Tickets must be issued within 72 hours after reservations are made
- Tickets must be issued in the USA only
- Rebooking permitted at a charge of USD 200 per segment. Rerouting, upgrading, endorsement are not permitted
- Refund is permitted at a charge of USD 300
- Government taxes are refundable subject to standard refund service fee
- No child/infant discount
- Mileage accrual: 25% miles
From Vancouver to Manila CAD 718 (ALL-IN)
Sale and ticketing: 16 to 31 July 2009 only
Travel: 01 September to 23 November 2009 (outbound travel)
Conditions of Travel:
- Valid for round trip travel on fiesta (economy) class
- Minimum 3 days and maximum 21 days stay
- Tickets must be issued on/after 16 July and on/before 31 July 2009
- Confirmed reservations are required for all sectors
- Tickets must be issued within 72 hours after reservations are made
- Tickets must be issued in CANADA only
- Changes not permitted. Rebooking, rerouting, reissuance, upgrading,
endorsement are not permitted - Tickets and surcharges are non-refundable
- Government taxes are refundable subject to standard CAD 40 refund service fee
- No child/infant discount
- Mileage accrual: 25% miles
